This is why, at LOCAGEL, we integrate the transport dimension (with our sister company TRANSFREEZE) to offer you a smooth junction, without sudden changes, and without the need to manage two service providers. From the Hauts-de-France region, we give you access, within a half-day, to platforms and markets of several regions of France (Paris/Ile-de-France, Normandy, East), but also Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany…
Shuttles
Our fleet of tractors and refrigerated trailers meets the needs of regular shuttles for your frozen goods, upstream or downstream of our refrigerated warehouses: from your production sites (or those of your suppliers) to our warehouses, or from our refrigerated warehouses to your customers’ platforms or points of sale. As our trailers allow you to transport your goods from -25°C to +25°C, we can also transport your fresh or dry products from one logistics platform to another.
24/7 access
The use of our refrigerated transport services ensures a round the clock access to our refrigerated warehouse, 7 days a week. In particular, this enables our food manufacturing customers (producing or processing bakery products, vegetables, seafood products, etc.) to ease the continuity of their production.
Equipment
The diversity of our semi-trailer fleet (with geolocation, with or without tailgate, multi-temperature or not…) allows us to meet your needs for transportation of frozen, fresh or dry products.
Eco-friendly
With almost 100% of our trucks meeting the EURO 6 emission standard, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously. Among the other positive environmental impact measures we have implemented, we pay attention to the follow-up and ongoing training of our drivers in eco-driving. We are also signatories to the “Charte Objectif CO2”, ensuring a reduction of carbon emissions.
Multimodal
In the heart of Hauts-de-France region, we are located as close as possible to a motorway node putting Europe within reach (map below). And the region is also well endowed in river, maritime, air and rail transport and develops major projects in these areas such as the multimodal platform of Delta 3 – Dourges and the canal Seine-Nord Europe.
